We are so stoked to announce that Burton Snowboards is participating again in the South End Art Hop. The Art Hop is an annual art extravaganza that takes over the south end of Burlington the first weekend after labor day. Every year business open their doors to support local artists and provide them with space to display their work.
This year, over 20 Burton Snowboard employees are coming together, to exhibit their work in a group show called “77 Reasons” . Most of the artists have jobs that are not generally considered “creative.” Their creativity comes in their off hours, at night when the kids are asleep, on the weekends or on vacation.
The employee show opens on September 10th and runs through to September 30th. We will be hosting an opening reception, with refreshments and live music on Friday 9/10 from 5-8pm at the Burton Snowboards Headquarters located at 80 Industrial Parkway, Burlington, VT.
We are super excited about the show this year, there are lots of surprises coming your way- so stay tuned, the blog will be updated regularly with important information about the show, the reception, and all the activities we have in store for you.
